Plenty of products get tried here and quietly dropped. An item only stays if it does the job it claims to do, and keeps doing it after the novelty wears off.

One price, delivery included
What you see on the product page is what leaves your account. Delivery is free anywhere in the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for bulky items.

Two months to decide
You get 60 days from delivery to send something back, well beyond the statutory 14 days. No restocking fee, and no argument about it.

Someone reads your email
Write to us and you get an answer within 12 hours, usually the same working day. No ticket queue and no bouncing between departments.
Before you ask
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Every order ships free anywhere in the United Kingdom, whatever the size and whatever you spend.
When will it turn up?
Allow 5 to 11 business days in total: 1 to 3 for processing and another 4 to 8 in transit. Order before 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Saturday, and processing starts the same working day.
What if I want to send it back?
You have 60 days from delivery. Email support@winstonsupplies.com with your order number and we send you the return address and take it from there. There is never a restocking fee.
How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal and Shop Pay. Everything is priced and charged in GBP, over an encrypted checkout.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Not yet. We ship within the United Kingdom only, which is how we can keep delivery free and the timings honest.
